Happy Monday to you! Here is your update for youth events this week...

Tuesday: Bible Study in the Fellowship Hall, 6-8 pm. Dinner? Survey says: Mexican.

This weekend: Friday night is Girls' Night at the Buffenbargers. If you would like more information, contact Candy!

The Easter Eggstravaganza is Saturday from 5:30-7:30 at the YMCA. A big thank you to everyone who helped stuff the eggs on Sunday afternoon! If you would like to bring a child to the Egg hunt... do it! All of the stations are covered, so extra volunteers are not needed! Thanks for your help!

Sunday- No youth activities.

ALSO. Last week mission team members received a mailing with forms, financial information, and some other things. The location of our trips has not been announced. Some of you figured things out with a handy google search. If you figured it out, or if you were told by someone who did... keep it to yourself! Some people who are traveling prefer not to find out. The information was not intended to send you running to google and it isn't a game to see who can figure it out. Please respect those who want to continue to honor the reasons for not knowing in the first place and don't tell them. ALSO, no one has shared with me what they found in their searching... so I can't confirm that anyone knows the truth. Questions? Let me know! *** This update/comment/whatever is directed at no one specifically, but everyone in general. Please understand that it is meant to remind you of how I would like to see things surrounding our mission trips. If you know, please don't talk about it... if you don't know but want to, ask me... if you want to continue in your unknowing, please do! The reasoning for not telling lies in the idea that we will serve a PEOPLE who are in need, not a PLACE where we are going. Does that make sense? Our mission is to serve those God calls us to serve, not add a destination. This year's trips are meant to be about PEOPLE and the act of SERVING, not a place to be experienced! Sorry for any confusion!!!
