It's been a while since I have posted anything here for you all... so I hope you are still checking in! There have been some pretty serious computer issues on the good old faithful red laptop... but I do believe they may be fixed... here's hoping anyway!
So, without further ado... your update... for next week....
Sunday: SPUD BOWL in the Taylorsville Activity Center.
You will be receiving a postcard in the next few days with your donation listed. Please have it in the church kitchen by 10 am. Also we will begin setting up at 10 am, so head downstairs after first service. We will begin serving lunch at 11:15 and plan to be finished with everything by 1 pm.
Tuesday: Bible Study at the Taylorsville Campus 6-8 pm. Dinner will be provided by Mylesha's family. Senior High will be looking at the influence of media on materialism... so if you have any (appropriate) magazines at home, please bring them.
Next Sunday: Youth Meeting during FaithWeavers, beginning with dinner in the activity center, 6-8 pm. Dinner will be... tacos maybe?
Don't forget to SIGN UP FOR WINTER RETREAT. You MUST sign up by Sunday the 14th if you plan to attend. Money and paperwork are due when we leave on the 19th.
